PAPO'A HARBOR HOTEL

Facility is new (samsung smart TV, hitachi air dehumidifier, panasonic hair dryer). Bathroom has a bidet, both a tub and a shower. Location is right at the Pier2 Park with 2 entrances. We were able to wake up and walk across the street to check out so many fun pop up stores. Right across from the light rail train and a short walk away from the metro station.

No coffee provided at all within the facility. Had to walk quite a distance to 7 Eleven toget morning coffee

The location is convenient. The room is clean and spacious.

The staff is friendly but can only provide limited information. Basically, the traveler requires the ability to use Google and find attractions themselves. The hotel didn’t provide coffee and breakfast. It is hard to find breakfast nearby on Monday morning.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have laundry services and water dispensers on site. Place is very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place.

Couldn't have picked a better location right on the harbor, I love how the quadruple room had a wall dividing the two king beds, with little balconies on each side. Lovely touch! Great bathroom, love that they had the toilet in a separate room with a sink. Bathtub very deep and nice. Very spa-like lobby.

For this hotel, the design of the hotel, the district, the nearby cafe....are the best reasons to stay there. So I guess I liked the design of the hotel, the rooms, the way the hotel is set up.

Not a huge fan of the electronic codes to get in (e-passkeys)

Very clean, modern, great location, nice decor.

The staff were really nice and the location is brilliant if you like a quiet and peaceful environment.

Slight difficulty calling cabs on the adjacent street. You will need to get help from the Front Desk which is very easy.

Papoa Harbor Hotel was an amazing find. The loft room for a family of 4 was spacious and allowed the kids to have their own space. The balcony was an added bonus as we were able to drink our coffee outside and enjoy the view. The room was very clean and the staff were responsive when we had questions. Definitely one of our top stays in Taiwan!

Check in can be a little confusing. We arrived early, completed the process and stored our bags. When it was time to get to our room, we needed to redo the check in process. I'm not sure why but I would say that was the only part of the entire stay that was a little annoying.

We paid extra for a room with balcony and it was really nice. The view on the pier was great. The room was big and we loved the style.

It could be cleaner, the floor seamed not very clean. No tea or coffee in the room.

The hotel looks newly refurbished. Fantastic location. Went for an evening walk along the pier, lots of art and architecture around.

The hotel is in the harbour area, surrounded by many shops and cafés, and is right next to a tram station. It’s easy to walk along the waterfront and enjoy the artworks, providing a very luxurious experience.
